Las posturas restaurativas nos ayudan a relajar la musculatura del cuerpo, soltar tensiones en diferentes áreas del cuerpo, aquietar el sistema nervioso y ampliar el rango de movimiento en diferentes articulaciones. Además en cada sesión hacemos una práctica de pranayama (ejercicios de respiración). Hay muchos aspectos de nuestro cuerpo y mente que se ven reflejados en la respiración y, por lo tanto, es importante tener más herramientas para trabajar con ella.

Los días de luna nueva y llena aprovechamos que no hay práctica regular de Ashtanga para introducir elementos complementarios a la práctica regular. Saber relajar y alargar la musculatura de nuestro cuerpo es esencial.
